The Japanese stock market headed south again on Friday, one day after ending the two-day losing streak in which it had tumbled almost 3,900 points or 6 percent. The Nikkei 225 now sits just above the 66,010-point plateau although it’s likely to bounce higher again on Monday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets is positive on an improved outlook for interest rates. The European and U.S. markets were up and the Asian bourses are expected to follow that lead.
