The Taiwan Stock Exchange now sits just above the 47,030-point plateau and it&#8217;s expected to open in the green again on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is cautiously optimistic after the Federal Reserve left interest rates unchanged, although the upside will be limited by a spike in oil prices.
