The major averages have climbed off their worst levels of the day but currently remain in negative territory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">Currently, the Dow is down 127.90 points or 0.2 percent at 52,347.20 and the S&amp;P 500 is down 23.63 points or 0.2 percent at 7,720.35.
