The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index now sits just below the 1,615-point plateau and it&#8217;s tipped to open to the upside again on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is cautiously optimistic after the Federal Reserve left interest rates unchanged, although the upside will be limited by a spike in oil prices.
