The Shanghai Composite Index now sits just beneath the 3,660-point plateau and it&#8217;s looking at another soft start again on Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is negative on rising oil prices and continued pressure on the technology sectors.
