The Hang Seng now sits just above the 22,930-point plateau and it&#8217;s got another poor lead for Friday&#8217;s trade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is negative on rising oil prices and continued pressure on the technology sectors.
