The Taiwan Stock Exchange now sits just above the 48,625-point plateau although it may head south again on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is weak on rising crude oil prices and concerns over the outlook for interest rates.
