The Shanghai Composite Index now sits just above the 3,840-point plateau although it may be stuck in neutral on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is negative thanks to elevated treasury yields and concerns over the outlook for interest rates.
