The tech-heavy Nasdaq has helped lead the charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">Currently, the Nasdaq is up 254.72 points or 1 percent at 27,052.27 and the S&amp;P 500 is up 44.08 points or 0.6 percent at 7,714.92.
