Some traders are looking to pick stocks at a bargain following the recent slump in the markets. Asian markets closed mostly lower on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The Fed is widely expected to raise interest rates, with CME Group&#8217;s FedWatch Tool currently indicating a 92.4 percent chance of a quarter-point rate hike.
