Markets also cheered the more than 2 percent decline in crude oil prices. <\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The CAC 40 index that tracks the 40 largest French stocks based on the Euronext Paris is currently trading at 8,481.01, gaining 28 points or 0.33 percent from the previous close of 8,453.01.
