The major averages have all moved to the upside on the day but remain well off their recent highs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">Currently, the Dow is up 291.37 points or 0.6 percent at 53,634.77 and the S&amp;P 500 is up 37.20 points or 0.5 percent at 7,728.96.
