The Hang Seng Index now sits just beneath the 25,400-point plateau although it may find support on Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is mixed to higher on optimism over the outlook for interest rates.
