Some positive corporate updates contributed as well to market&#8217;s rise.<\/p>\n<p>The benchmark FTSE 100, which advanced to 10,700.94 earlier, was up 16.18 points or 0.15% at 10,655.35 a little over half an hour past noon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">JD Sports Fashion climbed 3%.
