The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index now sits just above the 1,690-point plateau and it may open to the upside again on Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is cautiously optimistic, spurred by strong tech support and easing crude oil prices.
