The Hang Seng Index now sits just above the 23,050-point plateau although it may hand back some of those gains on Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is murky, with weakness from the technology shares likely to cap any upside.
