Now at a fresh record closing high, the KOSPI sits just above the 8,860-point plateau although it may run out of steam on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is negative on concerns over the outlook for interest rates.
