The Straits Times Index now sits just beneath the 5,040-point plateau and it may see further upside on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> suggests mild upside on support from the technology shares.
