The Shanghai Composite Index now sit just above the 4,090-point plateau and it&#8217;s likely to find traction on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is cautiously optimistic, thanks mostly to easing oil prices.
