The Hang Seng Index now rests just beneath the 25,800 point plateau although it may hand back those gains on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is weak on continued concerns over the conflict in the Middle East and on the outlook got interest rates.
