The Hang Seng Index now rests just above the 26,110-point plateau although it may see renewed consolidation on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fade-paragraph\">The global forecast for the Asian <span class=\"landLinks\">markets<\/span> is soft on surging oil prices and uncertainty about the conflict in the Middle East.
