Germany’s equity benchmark DAX fell to a near 9-week low on Thursday as stocks tumbled on inflation and interest rate concerns amid elevated oil prices and bond yields due to persisting geopolitical tensions.

Brent crude front-month futures climbed to $100.79 a barrel, gaining nearly 3%. The yield on Germany’s 10-year bond rose to 3.650% before dropping to around 3.615%, still marginally up from previous close.
